Governance, Public Policy & Leadership 2.1 – July 2020

In partnership with the United Nations GCNI, NYU’s GovLab & the Czech Embassy in New Delhi, we invite all school students to apply for the second batch of our Fellowship this year.

Founded in 2018, this is an annual experiential Fellowship for high school students, designed and taught by international public policy and governance experts of Foundation for Community Consensus, the Indian office of Institute H21. Students will tackle case studies and simulations in areas of public policy and governance. The best performing Fellows will be awarded either an internship with the UN Global Compact Network India on the theme of Education or an internship with Institute H21 on the theme of Governance. Registrations for the Fellowship are now closed for the year 2020. Interested applicants may apply next year for the Fellowship's June 2021 batch. Watch this page for updates!

Dates: Weekends of July 2020

Timings: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (Sat-Sun)

Venue: Online (Google Meet)

Eligibility: Class 8–12 (final acceptance into the fellowship is on the basis of a telephonic interview)

Benefits for Students:

  • Internship with UNGCNI on Education (for the 10 best students)
  • Internship with Institute H21 on Governance (for the 5 best students)
  • Certificate for each participating student with the logos of all partner organisations of the fellowship
  • Personal recommendation letter from Institute H21 (useful for college applications)

Fees: INR 19,000 (inclusive of all taxes)

Note: Limited scholarships are available to a select few on merit basis. Those who are interested in applying for the scholarship seats must register in the Google form and additionally send an email to fcc@ih21.org with their CV and a short cover letter (stating their motivations for attending the fellowship and their most notable achievements).
